Hi There Friends And Welcome To Frontier Village!

FRONTIER VILLAGE SUMMER WORKSHOP SERIES is the only summer program of its kind, located just south of beautiful Vallecito Lake on 100 acres of magical pondersa and aspen meadows overlooking the Pine River.  Frontier Village is a unique, progressive learning program ideal for any child wishing to experience action-packed days that are unique to Native American and Western culture. This is the new, New Frontier taking your child back in time to learn skills from cultures from around the globe where they will  be inspired by several special guests to cultivate a deeper connection to our land and community involving hands on primitive skills, historical and cultural education, environmental respect, safety and awareness as well as participation in interactive games, craft making, heritage gardening, skill building, story-telling and music,  with True West Rail Fest participation.

Frontier Village Open House & Jamboree

April 20th, 2013 11am -2pm

Come on out to visit Frontier Village with the family and celebrate with us!  This is your chance to meet the instructors, explore the village and enjoy some time with Frosty Pines along the beautiful Pine River.  We will give tours of the village, answer your questions and give families the opportunity to get a sneak peek of some of the things kids will be doing at Frontier Village this Summer.

Frosty Pines teaches with the utmost respect for all cultures.  Our goal is to cultivate a true respect and understanding for all cultures and their contributions in order to provide a balance between the "old" and the "new."  By teaching children to embrace these unique cultural skills and by learning to put these skills to use we hope to create a more conscious and earth friendly community.
